This page explains what we collect on takeanoon.com, why, and your choices. Contact: ryan@takeanoon.com

What we collect

If you join the early list, we collect the email address you submit. If you choose to, you may also provide a phone number and opt in to SMS updates, and select a general insurance category (for example employer, Medicaid, or Medicare) so we can plan which coverage to support. The insurance field is optional and coarse — we do not collect your member ID, plan details, or any clinical records.

We do not ask for your name, vaping habits, or health records on this page.

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) that does not track you across other sites. Like any web request, our hosts see basic technical data such as IP address and user agent in server logs.

Consumer health data note (Washington MHMDA)

Joining an early list for a quit-vaping service signals interest in a health-related service. We treat your email, optional phone number, and optional general insurance category as contact and planning information collected with your consent. We do not collect clinical records here. You may request deletion at any time.

Why we collect it

To notify you when the Noon beta opens, share TestFlight access, and gauge interest. If you opt in to SMS, we use your phone number only for launch-related texts.

Who processes it

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. Service providers that process data on our behalf:

No ad networks, tracking pixels, or data brokers.

How long we keep it

We keep your email and phone number for up to 12 months after the beta launch so we can send TestFlight access and founding-member updates. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will. Server logs rotate per our hosts' defaults.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The waitlist is stored in an access-controlled database. Admin access to the list is password-protected and not linked from the public page.
